GCL Technology Holdings Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 28 August 2026 to consider and approve the Group’s interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The Board will also deliberate on the declaration, recommendation or payment of an interim dividend for the period. Chairman Zhu Gongshan issued the notice on 18 August 2026. The Board currently comprises six executive directors and four independent non-executive directors.
