Breton Technology Co., Ltd. (Breton Technology) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return after purchasing 710,000 H-shares on 4 June 2026 through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The shares were repurchased within a price range of HKD 15.65–16.50, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 11.44 million, implying a volume-weighted average price of approximately HKD 16.12 per share. All repurchased shares were retained as treasury shares.
Capital structure impact • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell from 356.67 million to 355.96 million, a 0.20% reduction. • Treasury shares increased to 1.42 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 357.38 million.
Repurchase mandate utilisation • The current mandate, approved on 26 June 2025, authorises up to 24.12 million shares for repurchase. • Cumulative shares bought back under the mandate now total 1.42 million, representing 0.59% of the company’s issued shares at the mandate date and 5.89% of the authorised limit.
A moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares is in effect until 4 July 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules. No repurchased shares have been cancelled to date.
