China Water Industry: High Court Adjourns Winding-Up Petition Hearing to 15 June 2026

China Water Industry Group Limited announced that, following a 8 June 2026 court session, the High Court of Hong Kong has adjourned both the winding-up petition and a creditor’s substitution application to 15 June 2026 before a Companies Judge.
No winding-up order has been granted to date. The company remains in negotiations with the original petitioner and supporting creditors to settle the outstanding debt and is seeking withdrawal of the petition under a framework deemed fair to all creditors.
Further announcements will be issued on any material developments. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
