ENN Energy: BlackRock Cuts Stake to 6.63% Amid Privatisation Scheme Disclosure

On 11 June 2026, ENN Energy Holdings Ltd (ENN Energy) filed a Public Disclosure Form detailing share dealings by BlackRock, Inc. in connection with the company’s proposed privatisation via scheme of arrangement.

BlackRock—identified as a Class (6) associate of the offeree—executed two transactions on 10 June 2026 for discretionary investment clients on a U.S. exchange: • Purchased 41,184 ENN Energy shares at USD 51.70 each. • Sold 2.95 million shares at the same price.

Following these trades, BlackRock’s holding fell from 77.98 million shares (6.89% of ENN Energy’s issued share capital) to 75.02 million shares, representing 6.63% of the company’s outstanding shares.

The disclosure was made under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers as part of the ongoing privatisation process.
