ValueMax's stock surged 3.92% during intraday trading on Wednesday, marking a significant upward movement for the Singapore-listed company.
The price increase appears to be driven by the company's successful capital raising efforts through digital commercial paper issuances. ValueMax recently closed multiple offerings that collectively raised over S$107 million, demonstrating strong investor confidence and bolstering the company's financial position.
Specifically, the company closed a S$61 million 3-month commercial paper issuance on SDAX and separately raised approximately S$46.4 million through two offerings on ADDX. These successful capital market transactions provide ValueMax with additional liquidity and financial flexibility.
