USAS Building System Sets 21 Aug 2026 Board Meeting to Approve 1H26 Results and Consider Interim Dividend

USAS Building System (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has scheduled a board meeting for 21 August 2026 to review and approve the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda will also include discussion of a potential interim dividend distribution.
The notification, released on 11 August 2026, was signed by Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Brian B.Y. Chen. The current board comprises two executive directors (Mr. Brian B.Y. Chen and Ms. Angela Chen Mah), two non-executive directors (Mr. Charles Chiang Mah and Mr. Wajdi Maalouf), and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Liu Xuming, Mr. He Zhicong and Mr. Chong Hon Wang).
