Ingdan, Inc. (Stock Code: 00400) announced the completion of its strategic transition from an AI hardware distributor to a vertical AI Token Factory operator. The company has secured aggregate intent service orders surpassing US$1.00 billion from global cloud service providers, embodied intelligence firms and AI model developers.

The newly established Token computing power scheduling platform employs a revenue-sharing model, leveraging both Ingdan’s proprietary clusters and third-party computing centres in mainland China and overseas. Planned multi-location nodes will support distributed deployment.

Service offerings now span data-centre construction, cluster operations and maintenance, and customer-referral solutions for computing partners. For enterprise clients in humanoid robotics and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) sectors, the Group will deliver lightweight Token-based computing power services.

Management views the initiative as a first-mover advantage in vertical AI computing and positions Token operations as a prospective second growth engine. The board intends to continue expanding node coverage and iterating industry-specific Token products.

The disclosed US$1.00 billion figure represents intent service orders rather than binding contracts. Actual revenue recognition will depend on the execution of formal agreements and prevailing business conditions. Ingdan will release further information in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements.
