Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) said Tan Sri Dr Lim Wee Chai’s deemed stake increased after the acquisition of 2.0 million ordinary shares on May, 26 2026 by his brother, Lim Hooi Sin.
Following the transaction, Lim Wee Chai’s total shareholding rose to 3.066 billion shares, comprising 2.329 billion direct shares (29.051%) and 736.904 million deemed shares (9.191%).
The deemed interests include holdings through his wife Puan Sri Tong Siew Bee, brother Lim Hooi Sin, son Lim Jin Feng, Firstway United Corp, Top Fortress Ventures Limited and the TS Dr Lim WC (L) Foundation.
The notice of change was received by the company on May, 28 2026.
