Taka Jewellery Holdings Limited said on Aug, 21 2026 that it expects a “significant improvement” in both revenue and net profit for the six-month period ended Jun, 30 2026 and the full fiscal year ended Jun, 30 2026, compared with the corresponding periods a year earlier.

The company attributed the anticipated gains to better performances across all operating segments. In retail, higher gold prices, increased sales volumes and a larger network of outlets boosted turnover. The financial services division benefited from higher income and lower interest costs, while the wholesale and exhibition segment recorded stronger results due to improved operations and greater participation in exhibition events.

Taka Jewellery is finalising its unaudited financial statements and plans to release the official results on or before Aug, 29 2026. The board advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when trading the company’s shares ahead of the announcement.
