SYRAH RESOURCES LTD announced on Monday that Tesla Motors has withdrawn its notice of intent to terminate the graphite supply offtake agreement. This decision came after the electric vehicle manufacturer acknowledged that the mining company had made sufficient progress to address the alleged contractual breaches.
