Ambiq Micro posts CEO letter on first year as a public company

Ambiq Micro, Inc. (AMBQ) announced on Jul, 30 2026 that it has published a letter from Chief Executive Officer Fumihide Esaka on its investor relations webpage.

The letter states that, during its first year on the New York Stock Exchange, the company completed an initial public offering and two follow-on offerings, raising about 372 million Singapore dollars in gross proceeds.

Esaka detailed continued investment in the firm’s SPOT platform, the Apollo system-on-chip family, the neuralSPOT AI Development Kit and the newly introduced HELIA AI software ecosystem. He also highlighted plans for the forthcoming Atomiq family, which will include an integrated neural processing unit.

The letter was furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to Ambiq Micro’s Form 8-K and is not considered “filed” under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
