Bank of Gansu Proposes FY 2025 Final Dividend of RMB 1.18 per 10 Shares, Targeting Payout by End-Aug 2026

Bank of Gansu Co., Ltd. (Bank of Gansu) announced on 27 March 2026 that its board has declared a final ordinary cash dividend of RMB 1.18 per 10 shares for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The proposal remains subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming general meeting.

Dividend specifics • Amount: RMB 1.18 per 10 shares (equivalent HKD figure and exchange rate to be confirmed). • Currency: Default payment in Hong Kong dollars. • Key dates: Ex-dividend date, record date, book-close period and payment date will be announced separately. The distribution will be completed within two months after shareholder approval and no later than end-August 2026.

Withholding-tax framework • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% enterprise income tax will be withheld. • Non-resident individual shareholders:   – Hong Kong, Macau and treaty jurisdictions with 10% rate: 10% tax withheld.   – Treaty jurisdictions with <10% rate: 10% standard withholding applies.   – Treaty jurisdictions with >10% but <20% rate: tax withheld at the treaty rate.   – No treaty or 20% treaty rate: 20% withholding applies.

Administrative details • Share registrar: Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, Hopewell Centre, Wanchai, Hong Kong. • No listed warrants or convertible securities are affected.
