Global Resource Construction wins 757 million Singapore dollars LTA enhancement contract

Global Resource Construction Ltd. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary CES_SDC Pte. Ltd., acting as lead partner in a joint venture with KTC Civil Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd., has secured a contract valued at about 757 million Singapore dollars from the Land Transport Authority.

The deal covers enhancement works along Xilin Avenue, East Coast Parkway and Tanah Merah Coast Road between Laguna Golf Green and Changi Coast Walk. Construction is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2026 and is expected to run for roughly 84 months.

The company said the project should have a positive impact on its net tangible assets and earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.

The board added that no directors, controlling shareholders or substantial shareholders have any interest in the contract other than through their existing stakes or roles in the company.
