Biwin Storage Technology Co.,Ltd. (SH: 688525) released its semi-annual report for 2026, revealing a substantial surge in both revenue and profitability driven by the explosive growth in AI computing power and a robust upcycle in the storage sector.
During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of 15.575 billion yuan, representing a significant year-on-year increase of 298.10%. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached 7.166 billion yuan, while the net profit attributable to shareholders, excluding non-recurring gains and losses, stood at 6.633 billion yuan.
The remarkable revenue growth is primarily attributed to the AI-driven boom in computing power and the storage industry's entry into a high-prosperity phase. This favorable environment has enabled Biwin Storage to continuously optimize its product and customer structure. Concurrently, the company has intensified its investments in chip design, solution development, advanced packaging and testing, and testing equipment, thereby strengthening its overall market competitiveness.
The substantial increase in profitability compared to the same period last year is largely due to the significant rise in operating revenue. The company has cultivated a differentiated competitive advantage in emerging AI on-device sectors, such as smart wearables, over several years. Its representative storage products, including ePOP, offer distinct advantages such as low power consumption, rapid response, and a compact, lightweight form factor. These products have been successfully integrated into AI/AR glasses and smartwatches by renowned domestic and international companies, including Meta, Google, Alibaba, Xiaomi, Xiaotiancai, Rokid, and Thundercomm Innovation.
With the recent surge in AI eyewear shipments this year, Biwin Storage has deepened its collaboration with key partners like Meta, propelling continuous growth in its smart wearable storage business. In the first half of 2026, the company's revenue from emerging AI on-device storage products reached approximately 2.86 billion yuan, a year-on-year surge of 433.58% and a sequential quarter-on-quarter increase of 126.98%.
