The bioprocessing technology company reported Q1 revenue of $194 million, a 15% year-over-year increase that slightly exceeded analyst expectations. More notably, adjusted earnings per share rose 23% to $0.48, significantly beating the consensus estimate of $0.39. The strong performance was driven by 11% organic revenue growth and 160 basis points of adjusted operating margin expansion.
Management reinforced investor confidence by reiterating full-year organic revenue growth guidance of 9%-13% while raising adjusted EPS guidance to $1.97-$2.05. The company also highlighted strategic progress including the divestiture of its non-core Polymem filtration business and a new OEM partnership in China designed to increase competitiveness and access to local manufacturing.
