Chinese property stocks saw broad gains during morning trading session, with several major developers recording notable increases.
Leading the upward movement, SHIMAO GROUP (00813) climbed 7.35% to trade at HK$0.073, while COUNTRY GARDEN (02007) advanced 6.74% to HK$0.19.
Other prominent developers also joined the rally, with Sunac China (01918) rising 4.31% to HK$0.605, and China Vanke (02202) gaining 2.40% to reach HK$2.56.
