Bank of Jiujiang Sets 21 Aug 2026 EGM; Shareholders to Vote on Sub-Authorizations and Domestic Share Issuance

Bank of Jiujiang Co., Ltd. will convene its 2026 second extraordinary general meeting (EGM) at 10:00 a.m. on 21 August 2026 in the conference room on the 4th floor of Bank of Jiujiang Mansion, No. 619 Changhong Avenue, Lianxi District, Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province, PRC.

Two special resolutions are on the agenda: 1. Adjustment of sub-authorizations to relevant persons. 2. Confirmation of matters relating to the issuance of Domestic Shares.

Shareholders may attend in person or appoint proxies; proxies do not need to be shareholders. Completed proxy forms and, where applicable, notarised authorisation documents must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (for H-shareholders) or the Bank’s Board Office in Jiujiang (for domestic shareholders) no later than 10:00 a.m. on 20 August 2026—24 hours before the meeting.

Votes marked “FOR,” “AGAINST,” or “ABSTAIN” will be counted; abstentions are treated as valid votes when calculating results. Joint holders may vote individually, but if more than one joint holder is present, the vote of the holder named first on the register prevails.

Bank of Jiujiang is not an authorised institution under Hong Kong’s Banking Ordinance and is therefore not supervised by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
