ENN Energy: BlackRock Discloses Derivative Deals on 305,100 Shares Ahead of Privatisation Scheme

Hong Kong, 27 May 2026 — The Executive of the Securities and Futures Commission has received a Rule 22 disclosure indicating that BlackRock, Inc., a Class (6) associate of ENN Energy Holdings Ltd, entered into multiple derivative contracts referencing the offeree’s shares on 26 May 2026.

BlackRock executed six “other” derivative transactions linked to a combined 305,100 ENN Energy shares. Reference prices ranged from HK$56.44 to HK$57.93 per share, resulting in total consideration of approximately HK$2.22 million.

Following these dealings, BlackRock’s aggregate position in ENN Energy stands at 10.53 million shares, inclusive of interests held by any parties with whom it has agreements or understandings.

The disclosure forms part of ongoing reporting requirements related to ENN Energy’s proposed privatisation by way of a scheme of arrangement.
